Terms of Service

Updated: June 13, 2026. By using the Didja app, browser app, or related supporting services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

1. Service description

Didja is a lightweight social commitment tool that helps users start everyday challenges, invite buddies to witness or validate them, submit results, request revised proof, mark success or failure, and generate result cards that can be saved or shared. The service is not a legal, medical, financial, mental-health, emergency, or compulsory-performance tool.

2. Accounts and login

You may log in using supported verification methods such as phone or email codes, and guest access may be available during testing. You are responsible for keeping verification codes and logged-in devices secure. Risks caused by sharing codes, losing devices, or poor account management are your responsibility.

3. Commitment content

Commitments you create must be genuine, clear, and lawful. They must not include illegal content, harassment, discrimination, insults, sexual content, violence, self-harm, scams, gambling, lending or debt collection, privacy violations, or attempts to make others take unreasonable risks. You are responsible for commitments, proof, avatars, text, invitation information, and result cards you publish.

4. Witnessing and validation

Witnesses, verifiers, and buddies should handle invitations, proof, and results based on what they can reasonably confirm. Verifiers may approve completion, reject proof, or mark failure. After proof is rejected, the creator may submit again; after failure is marked by a verifier or by the creator, the commitment moves to final settlement. The platform does not guarantee that any commitment will be completed, and it does not decide offline facts or assume performance obligations for users.

5. Images, QR codes, and sharing

Uploaded avatars, proof images, and result cards must be materials you have the right to use and must not infringe portrait rights, privacy, copyright, or other rights. Invitation codes, QR codes, invitation links, or result cards you share may be viewed, forwarded, or saved by recipients, so share carefully.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not attack, scrape, interfere with, reverse engineer, bypass permissions, manipulate usage, register accounts in bulk, send spam invitations, impersonate others, bypass blocks, spread malicious links, or use the service for unlawful, infringing, harassing, fraudulent, or harmful activity involving minors.

7. Service changes and upgrades

During testing, features, interfaces, data structures, supported versions, and download addresses may change. To fix issues, improve security, or keep the app compatible with the server, the app may prompt for updates. If a version falls below the minimum supported version, an update may be required before continuing.

8. Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app under Settings - Delete Account. Deletion removes profile data, login devices, refresh tokens, buddy relationships, friend requests, notifications, commitments, proof, validation records, result cards, and related personal data. Deleted data cannot be restored.

9. Privacy

We process personal information according to the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is an important part of these terms and should be read before using the service.

10. Enforcement

If unlawful, infringing, abusive, privacy-invasive, service-attacking, or otherwise unsafe behavior occurs, we may delete content, restrict features, disable invitations, remove participants, block users, suspend or terminate accounts, and retain necessary evidence for complaints, disputes, or security incidents.

11. Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, zero data loss, or immediate resolution of every issue. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network failures, third-party services, system maintenance, user behavior, or events beyond reasonable control.

12. Contact and feedback

For issue reports, content complaints, terms questions, or privacy matters, contact us at support@didja.it.fangyuanhuanke.com. We will handle requests within a reasonable time.
